Brake fluid reservoir in place

Chain tensioner

Ingredients for a chaintensioner:
a rollerskate wheel, bearings and spring wire (3mm).

I used the monstercraftsman chaintensioner as
an example and made this one myself.

Bolt it on to the frame.

New kicker pedal

Bought a bicycle pedal and made it fit the
original kicker. I converted the orginal
'ball-lock' system to a 'spring lock'-system
to prevent the kicker from turning whilst riding.

Killer Bobbers Indian

Found this picture on hoodlum.dk (great blog!). If I'm correct,
the owner of this bike is Allan from Killer Bobbers, Copenhagen Denmark. It's one of the best looking Chiefs I've ever seen.

Before Pearl Jam there was... Mother Love Bone

I Found a very rare documentry on YouTube about Mother Love Bone
and Adrew Wood. (For those who don't know: Former MLB guitarist
Stone Gossard and MLB bassist Jeff Ament formed Pearl Jam
together with Eddie Vedder after Andrew Wood, the MLB leadsinger
died. This documentry is called "The Love Bone Earth Affair".
I don't think there are many of these 1992 VHS-tapes around
anymore...so enjoy!

Spotted on Ebay: Indian Scout 101 racer tank!

Below the sellers discription:

"Indian Scout racer tank 101 daytona

2 inch wider w ohv pockets"

"RED TANK IS A STOCK 4CYL TANK NOT FOR SALE JUST
TO SHOW THE DIFFERENCE IN SIZE, AUCTION IS FOR
BLACK TANK ONLY"

"Tank is 2 inches wider at front and rear. Tank fits in 101 frame.
Was in a old mans barn for 50+ years he said it was off an Indian
race bike. Have had 4-5 knolagable Indian experts look at this tank
and say its authentic.Looks like it would hold a considerable amount
more fuel and oil than stock tank.Looks to have ohv pockets on bottom
if needed or not.have for trade locally so may end auction early but
only if does not meet reserve. Nice piece if you have a use for it."

Modified engine cover

Because I use a 8mm offset sprocket,
I had to modify the engine cover.

Other pegs

Bought these footpegs from a Dutch craiglist really cheap.
I'm going to use these instead of the original ones.

Seat for my XS: part II

Strengthened the seatpan by welding a metal plate in.

I used 'Trim-lock" on the edges to avoid cutting the leather.

Roughly cut the foam with a small handsaw.

Shapened the foam with an angle-grinder

Sits perfectly! Way better than the other seat.
Only thing left is to make the leather cover.
